Currently, one cannot save a form unless all required fields are filled out. It is quite common for our users to have SOME field information which they would want to add to the form and SAVE prior to having all information and advancing in the workflow. Please allow us to SAVE a form without all required fields filled out. SAVE is different from advancing in the workflow.
